Memorandum of Agreement for Administration and Cost Sharing for\nImplementing the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Programs and Enhanced\nWatershed Management Program for the Dominguez Channel Watershed\nRecommendation: that the City Council 1) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a\nMemorandum of Agreement for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026,\nbetween the cities of Los Angeles, Carson, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Inglewood,\nLawndale, Lomita, the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, the County of Los\nAngeles, and the South Bay Cities Council of Governments for a total of $61,933 for\nAdministration and Cost Sharing for Implementing the Coordinated Integrated\nAgenda\nAugust 7, 2023\nMonitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed Management Program (WMP) and the\nDominguez Channel Watershed Management Area.
