a. CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH STUDIO SPECTRUM, INC. FOR\nCITY COUNCIL CHAMBER AUDIO VISUAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nSummary:\nThe City Council will consider entering into a new Contract Services Agreement\nwith Studio Spectrum, Inc. (Studio Spectrum) to purchase and install new video\nhardware and broadcast systems, City Council Chamber and control room\nequipment, and provide streaming video services, including closed captioning,\nfor a not-to-exceed amount of $198,088.79, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney; and authorize the City Manager to approve a contingency in the\namount not to exceed 10%.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the City Manager to enter into a three-year Agreement with Studio\nSpectrum to purchase and install new video hardware and broadcast systems,\nvideo services, including closed captioning, for a not-to-exceed amount of\n$198,088.79, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and authorize the City\nManager to approve a contingency in the amount not to exceed 10%.
