9. Assembly Bill 361 Findings. (300)\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive and file this report and make the following findings: (a) The City\nCouncil has reconsidered the circumstances of the state of emergency; and\n(b) the following circumstances exist, (i) the state of emergency continues to\ndirectly impact the ability of the members to meet safely in person and (ii)\nthe City Council continues to provide measures such as remote or hybrid\nmeeting participation to promote social distancing; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
