AMENDMENT TO THE RIGHT-OF-ENTRY PERMIT FOR HERITAGE POINT\nPARK\nSummary:\nThe City Council will consider authorizing the City Manager to execute the First\nAmendment to the Right-of-Entry Permit between the City of Signal Hill and the\nCity of Long Beach related to a property generally located on the west side of\nCherry Avenue and south of East Burnett Street. The property is owned by the\nCity of Long Beach and is being used as part of Heritage Point Park.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the\nRight-of-Entry Permit between the City of Signal Hill and the City of Long Beach,\nfor a term of one year, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
