Oppose Assembly Bill 309 (AB 309) by Assemblymember Alex Lee (D-Fremont),\nwhich would create the Social Housing Program within the California Department of\nGeneral Services to facilitate the construction of government-owned housing on\nleased state property or excess state-owned property, and\n2.
