A Consideration and possible action to approve salary and benefit\nadjustments for City Manager and City Clerk positions. For the City Manager,\nthe proposed adjustment for FY 2023-24 would increase salary by $8,132 for\na total salary of $262,269. The proposed adjustment will increase taxes and\nbenefits by approximately $2,000. For the City Clerk, the proposed\nadjustment for FY 2023-24 would increase salary by $4,344 for a total salary\nof $140,084. The proposed adjustment will increase taxes and benefits by\napproximately $1,100. ________________\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the Mayor to execute an\namendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement (AFN 557), in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute an\namendment to the City Clerk’s Employment Agreement (AFN 686), in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action\nrelated to this item.
