J Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 23-30 – A\nResolution approving the Plans and Specifications for the construction of\nthe City-owned parking lot at 9817 Arkansas Street (Specifications No. 22/23-\n03), pursuant to Government Code §830.6, establishing a project payment\naccount; and authorizing solicitation of bids.___________________________\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was\ndetermined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303\n(Class 1 – Existing Facilities).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-30; and 2) Authorize\na budget amendment to increase the project funding by $150,000, to a total project\nallocation of $478,000 in the Account No. 011-47028-9000; or 2) Alternatively,\ndiscuss and take other action related to this item.
