I Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 23-28 – A\nResolution approving the Plans and Specifications for the new traffic signal\ninstallation on Bellflower Boulevard at Cedar Street (Specifications\nNo. 22/23-04), pursuant to Government Code §830.6, establishing a project\npayment account; and authorizing solicitation of bids.___________________\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was\ndetermined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303\n(Class 3 - New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-28; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
