Award the Montalvo and Riviera Pedestrian Bridges Coating Replacement\nProject, CIP Project No. 23802, contract to Applied Restoration, Inc.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-43,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Applied Restoration, Inc.,\nproviding for the Montalvo and Riviera Pedestrian Bridges Coating\nReplacement, in an amount of not to exceed $386,933 plus a 15%\ncontingency of $57,510, in a form substantially similar to Contract No. C23-\n43 (Attachment 3).
