N. CONSIDERATION OF RATIFYING A SECOND EMERGENCY CONTRACT\nFOR THE EMERGENCY SLOPE STABILIZATION REPAIRS AT CASA\nROMANTICA\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-84, which will ratify an Emergency Construction\nContract, Contract No. C23-45, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nAlliance Diversified Enterprises, Inc. on a time and materials basis, providing for\nemergency slope stabilization repairs at Casa Romantica to include construction\ntiebacks and grade beams as well as reconstructing the slope with geogrid\nreinforcement and compacted soil backfill, in an amount not to exceed\n$7,760,800.
