4. Consideration and possible action to approve the updated Landslide Complex\nMonitoring Program. (Awwad) (30 mins)\nRecommendation: (1) Approve the Landslide Complex Monitoring Program\nthat outlines how landslide movement will be surveyed and measured; (2)\nAward a professional services agreement to Hout Construction Services, Inc.\nDBA Hout Engineering for implementation of the Landslide Complex\nMonitoring Program in the amount of $739,894, plus a 15% contingency of\n$110,984, for a total cost of $850,878 through June 30, 2026; and, (3)\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
