(Awwad) (60 mins)\nRecommendation: (1) Receive and file a status report on the Portuguese\nBend Landslide Remediation Project; and (2) Direct Staff to return to the City\nCouncil with professional services agreements to proceed with final\nengineering plans while determining if the project can be modified to reduce\nthe footprint of the flow reduction area and drainage swales; maximize their\nability to support native habitat; and relocate hydrauger batteries to areas that\nminimize impacts on native habitat.\nAgenda Report
