CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO AWARD CONTRACT PROPOSALS TO\nREMOVE AND REPLACE A TOTAL OF SEVEN MECHANICAL AND HEATING,\nVENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AT CITY HALL AND THE\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Authorize and execute F. M.
