8.\nApprove the Execution and Delivery of an Installment Purchase Agreement for the Purpose of\nCausing the issuance of Nott o Exceed $38,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of WaterRevenue\nBonds, Series 2023A, and Approving the Execution and Delivery of Certain Documents in\nConnection Therewith and Certain Other Matters\nCity Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council adopt the Resolution\napproving the execution and delivery of an Installment Purchase Agreement for the purpose of\ncausing the issuance of not to exceed $38,000,000aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue\nBonds, Series 2023A, and approving the execution and delivery of certain documents in\nconnection therewith and certain other matters.\nIt is recommended the Board of Directors of the Poway Public Financing Authority (Authority)\nadopt the Resolution approving the sale ofitsWaterRevenue Bonds, Series 2023A, in an aggregate\nprincipal amount not to exceed $38,000,000 and approving the execution and delivery of certain\ndocuments in connection therewith and certain other matters.
