Closed Session\nThe Board shall recess into closed session for a conference with legal regarding\nthe below items:\n1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION\n(Section 54956.9(d)(2) of the California Government Code)\nDiscussion regarding significant exposure to litigation (4 cases).\nThe Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or\nabstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the\nCalifornia Government Code.
