10.7 Senate Bill 821 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program Grant for Fiscal Year\n2023/2024\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Accept Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Riverside County Transportation Commission\nSenate Bill 821 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program Grant funds for the\nPaloma Wash Pedestrian Bridge Project; and\n2. Adopt a Budget Amendment Resolution appropriating $690,120 in revenues and\nexpenditures in the Grant Fund (Fund 301) for the Paloma Wash Pedestrian\nBridge Project; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all necessary\nagreements and other grant­related documents as necessary to receive the\nSenate Bill 821 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program Grant.
