Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Contract Services\nAgreement with CLIPA, LLC in the amount not­to­exceed $45,250 for Fiscal\nYear 2023/2024 for holiday lighting and decorating services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute four, one­year extensions at the City’s\ndiscretion and contingent on availability of the corresponding budget.
