3-F. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON 5-YEAR REVOCABLE SECONDARY LAND USE\nLICENSE FOR EDISON TRAILS PARK\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute a 5-year Revocable Secondary Land Use\nLicense, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Southern California Edison (SCE)\nfor the City’s use of Edison Trails for park and public recreation purposes in the amount of\n$12,805.05; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe proposed project is Class 1 Categorically Exempt pursuant to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) (Existing Facilities). The Lease Agreement will not result in any change in\noperation or use of the existing park.
