(0330-30)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council receive and file the preliminary financial update\nreport and adopt Resolution 2023-63 ratifying and consolidating previous actions of the City\nCouncil related to the City of Imperial Beach Budget and approving additional amendments\nto the FY 2022-23 Budget.
