Determined, based on the whole of the administrative record, that the Project is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15332, Class 32\n(Infill Development), and there is no substantial evidence demonstrating that any exceptions contained\nin Section 15300.2 of the State CEQA Guidelines applies;\n2. Approved, pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 12.24 W.51, a conditional use to\nallow the construction, use, and maintenance of a childcare facility for up to 100 children in the RA-1\nZone; and\n3.
