5.C. EXPLORATION OF ALTERNATIVE AND\nADDITIONAL PUBLIC RESTROOMS [S.\nCAMPBELL, H. COLLINS, C. SCHROEDER, C.\nPLANCK]:\nThe City Council will receive an analysis and\nrecommendations, including potential sites,\nopportunities and challenges, and fiscal impacts for\nproviding public restroom facilities.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to develop a\ncampaign to publicize the location and operational\nhours of the City's existing public restrooms; and 2)\nDirect staff to develop a proposed plan for the\nopening of select park restrooms at West Hollywood\nPark and Plummer Park, 24 hours a day 7 days a\nweek and to include the fiscal impact of the plan as\npart of the mid-year budget process.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.C. - ATTACHMENT A
