2.J. APPROVAL OF MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING WITH THE WEST HOLLYWOOD\nMANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION FOR THE PERIOD\nOF JULY 1, 2023 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026 [J.\nJIMENEZ, J. ROCCO]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the\nMemorandum of Understanding with the West\nHollywood Management Association for the period of\nJuly 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Memorandum\nof Understanding with the West Hollywood\nManagement Association, which incorporates the\nagreements contained in the attached Memorandum\nof Understanding; 2) Authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Memorandum of Understanding on\nbehalf of the City; and 3) Approve the Fiscal Year\n2023-24 Salary Schedule reflecting all City positions\nand associated salaries to meet the California Public\nEmployees' Retirement System requirements of\nGovernment Code § 20636(b)(1).\nSTAFF REPORT
