2.S. BI VISIBILITY WEEK 2023 [Y. QUARKER, H.\nMOLINA, J. DEL TORO, M. MÁRQUEZ]:\nThe City Council will consider recognizing Bi Visibility\nWeek 2023, September 16-23, 2023.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Proclaim September 16-\n23, 2023, as Bi Visibility Week 2023 in the City of\nWest Hollywood; 2) Direct staff to continue working\nwith community partners to develop additional\nprogramming relevant to Bi Visibility Week; and 3)\nDirect the Communications Department to utilize all\nappropriate communication tools to promote the\nactivities associated with Bi Visibility Week including,\nbut not limited to, the City's website, a press release,\nand social media tools.\nSTAFF REPORT
