2.T. AMENDMENTS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION\nAND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION BY-LAWS\nAND CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SENIOR\nADVISORY BOARD TO THE OLDER ADULTS\nADVISORY BOARD [J. JIMENEZ, M. CROWDER,\nL. MORALES, L. LANGER, I. ROSEN]:\nThe City Council will consider approving amendments\nto the By-Laws for the Planning Commission and\nHuman Services Commission. The City Council will\nalso consider adopting a Resolution changing the\nname of the Senior Advisory Board to the Older\nAdults Advisory Board.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Amend Section 4.4 of the\nPlanning Commission By-Laws adding Item 6 -\nDirector's Report and amending Item 8 - Public\nHearing(s) - One Public Hearing Section for Projects\nSubject to the Housing Accountability Act and One\nPublic Hearing Section for all Other Items That\nRequire a Public Hearing Under the Law; 2) Amend\nSection 7.3 of the Planning Commission By-Laws to\nadd a Separate Public Hearing Section for Projects\nSubject to the Housing Accountability Act; 3) Amend\nSection 2.1 of the Human Services Commission By-\nLaws changing the meeting location to Plummer\nPark, Community Rooms 5 & 6; and 4) Adopt\nResolution 23-________: "A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD CHANGING THE NAME OF THE\nSENIOR ADVISORY BOARD TO THE OLDER\nADULTS ADVISORY BOARD".\nSTAFF REPORT
