PARTICIPATION IN THE ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT (OCSD)\nFUSUS PILOT PROGRAM\nThe OCSD is partnering with Fusus, LLC (Fusus) to conduct a pilot program to enhance\nintelligence-led policing (ILP) efforts throughout Orange County. The OCSD has\nidentified the City of Stanton as an ideal candidate for the pilot program. The City\nCouncil will consider approving participation in the pilot program.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare this project categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act, Class 32, and Section 15332; and\n2. Approve the City’s participation in the OCSD Fusus pilot program.\nAugust 22, 2023
