8E. General Services - Approve Public Works Agreement for Toyota Meeting\nHall Lighting Project as Cooperative Purchase with Sourcewell. Expenditure:\nNot-to-Exceed $182,032.62 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the General Services Director that City Council:\n1) Approve a public works agreement with ABM Electrical & Lighting Solutions, Inc. of\nTustin, CA for an amount not-to-exceed $173,364.62 and authorize a 5% contingency in\nthe amount of $8,668 for the Toyota Meeting Hall Lighting Project - Facility, Equipment,\nand Automation Plan (FEAP) 1180 for a one-year period beginning August 22, 2023 and\nending August 21, 2024 as a Cooperative Purchase with Sourcewell; and\n2) Adopt a finding that the project is categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 -\nExisting Facilities (Class 1) and that there are no features that distinguish this project\nfrom others in the exempt class, and therefore, there are no unusual circumstances.\nCity Council Meeting 08-22-23 2 of6\n3
