Community Development-Approve Final Parcel Map No. 83043, Accept Irrevocable\nOffer of Dedication, and Accept City Street Easement Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council:\n1) Approve Final Parcel Map No. 83043 for which an Initial Study was prepared and\ncirculated in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and\n2) Accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication at the northeast corner of the property for\nfuture off-ramp freeway improvements on Western Avenue; and\n3) Accept an easement of variable width along Western Avenue for public sidewalk\nimprovements.
