Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $12,000,000\n(Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council approve a first amendment\nto tri-party agreement with Torrance Refining Company, LLC of Torrance, CA and West\nBasin Municipal Water District (C2021-027) for an amount not-to-exceed $12,000,000, for\na new not-to-exceed amount of $28,000,000, for usage of recycled water and extend the\ncontract term for an additional one-year period beginning September 1, 2023 and ending\nAugust 31, 2024.
