Expenditure: $171,000 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council approve a first amendment to the\nconsulting services agreement with George Hills, Inc. of Rancho Cordova, CA (C2020-056) in\nthe amount of $171,000, plus variable costs for subrogation services, for a new not-to-exceed\namount of $626,500, to provide liability claims administration services and extend the contract\nterm for an additional one-year period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024.
