Historic Resources Evaluation -Central Park and Hadley/Greenleaf\nHistoric Districts - Professional Services Agreement - Award of\nContract\nRecommendation:\n1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement with Page & Turnbull to provide technical assistance\nfor the update of criteria for two of the City’s four historic districts (Central\nPark and Hadley/Greenleaf); and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2023-61, amending the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget\nwith a supplemental appropriation for an expenditure of $99,011 for\nhistoric preservation technical assistance.
