Contact: Coastal Zone Program Administrator\nMierau Environmental Considerations: The current action\nconsidered by the City Council is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) because the budget\nappropriation is not considered a "project" under Section\n15378(b)(5) of CEQA Guidelines.
