Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.24 F, a determination to permit the following maximum heights for walls\nand fences ancillary to the athletic and recreational campus, in lieu of the six-foot maximum height\nlimitation for fences and walls within front yards, and the eight-foot maximum height limitation for\nfences and walls within side yards, in the A1-1XL-RIO Zone:\na. A maximum 10-foot-height wall along Whitsett Avenue; and\nb. A maximum 11-foot-height wall along Valley Spring Lane and Bellaire Avenue;
