CC 5. Final Map Approval – Tract Map No. 062120-01 (Located at the Southwest Corner of 35th\nStreet West and Lancaster Boulevard)\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve the map and accept the dedications as offered on Tract Map No. 062120-01\nlocated at the southwest corner of 35thth Street West and Lancaster Blvd; make findings that\nthis project will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1 and 66474.6\nof the Subdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the\ncertificate which embodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.\n2. Find that the City has complied with the California Environmental Quality Act. An Initial\nStudy/Mititgated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) was prepared and a Notice of\nDetermination was filed and posted on June 6, 2006.\nThe Final Parcel Map is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative map. Tract\nMap No. 062120-01 has been examined by the City Surveyor, and is ready for Council\napproval. In addition, a Lien Agreement and improvement securities have been submitted to\nguarantee the installation of improvements.
