E. Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Numbers (next in order) and\nIntroduce the First Reading of Proposed Ordinance Number (next in\norder) regarding Specific Plan Amendment (SPA) 21-05267, Tentative\nParcel Map 21-05086 (TPM-38259), and Development Plan Review\n(DPR) 21-00005 – A proposal to consider the following entitlements to\nfacilitate the construction of a 764,753 square-foot industrial building on\n35.63-acres located on the south side of Harley Knox Boulevard between\nPatterson Avenue and Nevada Avenue within the General Industrial and\nLight Industrial zones of Perris Valley Commerce Center Specific Plan\n(PVCCSP): 1) Specific Plan Amendment to remove unimproved\nsegments of California Avenue and Nance Street from the Circulation\nPlan; 2) Tentative Parcel Map to consolidate 38 existing parcels into one\n(1) 35.63 acre-parcel; and 3) Development Plan Review for the site plan\nand building elevations.
