FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 83911, A\nTHREE-UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AT 6243 OAK AVENUE\nThe City Council is requested to approve the final map to allow the property\nowner to record the map and complete the subdivision.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 83911\n(Attachment “A”);\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Map No. 83911; and\n3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 15301 (K) (Existing Facilities) and 15315 (Minor Land\nDivisions) of the CEQA Guidelines.
