FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR TRACT MAP NO. 82497, A FOUR\nLOT SUBDIVISION WITH A PRIVATE STREET AT 9818 AND 9824 LONGDEN\nAVENUE\nThe City Council is requested to approve the final map which will allow the\nproperty owner to record the map and start construction of the single-family\ndevelopment.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Tract Map No. 82497\n(Attachment “A”);\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Tract Map No. 82497; and\n3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 15268(b)(3) (Ministerial Project – Approval of Final\nSubdivision Maps) and Section 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) of the\nCalifornia CEQA Guidelines.
