Find Ordinance No. 22-1068 exempt from CEQA per Sections 15305 and\n15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines;\n2. Introduce for first reading by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance\nNo. 22-1068 (Attachment “A”);\n3. Schedule the second reading of Ordinance No. 22-1068 for September 19,\n2023; and\n4. Schedule the adoption of Resolution 22-5639 (Attachment “B”) for September\n19, 2023.
