Mills Act Agreement (Hunter)\n13542 Starbuck Street\nMills Act Agreement No. MAA22-0002\nRecommendation: Accept the Historic Resources Commission’s\nrecommendation to approve a Mills Act Agreement, and;\n1) Find that this project is categorically exempt pursuant to Class 31,\nSection 15331 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines;\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2023-08, approving Mills Act Agreement No.\nMAA22-0002 to approve a Mills Act Agreement with the property owner of\n13542 Starbuck Street; and\n3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Mills Act contract.
