Adopt a Resolution Entitled, “Resolution of the City Council of the City of National\nCity, California, Adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation\nMonitoring and Reporting Program for the Annexation of Two Properties Located\nat 3410 Valley Road (Bonita) and the Tentative Subdivision Map for a 10-Lot\nResidential Development and Authorizing the Filing of a Notice of Determination”;\nand Adopt a Resolution Entitled, “Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nNational City, California, Approving the Annexation of Two Properties Located at\n3410 Valley Road (Bonita) and a Tentative Subdivision Map for a 10-Lot\nResidential Development”; or\n2. Deny 2022-13 S, ANNEX based on findings to be determined by the City Council;\nor,\n3. Continue the item to a later date in order to obtain additional information.
