MODIFICATION TO THE TESORO DEL VALLE PRE-ANNEXATION\nAGREEMENT REGARDING TIMING FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE\nCOPPER HILL BRIDGE WIDENING - The applicant is requesting to modify the Pre-\nAnnexation Agreement between BLC Tesoro, LLC, and the City of Santa Clarita\nregarding the completion of the construction for the Copper Hill Bridge widening. BLC\nTesoro, LLC is requesting to modify the timing for construction of the bridge widening to\nbe completed prior to the issuance of the 342 residential certificate of occupancy.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Conduct the public hearing;
