3-F. SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH NETWORK MAGIC, UNLIMITED, INC. FOR\nNETWORK AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an Amendment with Network Magic,\nUnlimited, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, to provide network and firewall\nservices for amount not to exceed $228,900; and,\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
