PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT/ADVISORY\nSERVICES BY CHANDLER ASSET MANAGEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an agreement, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney, with Chandler Asset Management for providing investment advisory\nservices for three years with two optional one-year extensions (maximum 5-year contract\nterm); and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
