4-A. PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2022-23\nCONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) FOR\nSUBMITTAL TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT\n(HUD)\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Opening the public hearing to receive testimonial and documentary evidence;\n(2) Approving the draft FY 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation\nReport (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG"), and HOME\nInvestment Partnerships ("HOME") Programs;\n(3) Directing staff to prepare and transmit the final documents to the U.S. Department of\nHousing and Urban Development ("HUD");\n(4) Authorizing the Interim City Manager, or her designee, to take all actions necessary or\ndesirable to complete and submit the CAPER; and\n(5) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
