PURCHASE OF TWO LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Waiving bidding requirements pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Codes §3.20.050 (2)\nthrough (4), and authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an amendment to\nAgreement No. 2004-A with Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, for the purchase of two (2) 2024 BMW R1250 RT-P 753 law enforcement\nmotorcycles;\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
