WAIVE FURTHER READING AND ADOPT ZONING CODE AMENDMENT NO. 22-01 (ZCA-\n22-01), AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MONTEREY PARK MUNICIPAL CODE,\nCHAPTER 21.19, ENTITLED “INCLUSIONARY HOUSING” TO IMPLEMENT THE\nMONTEREY PARK HOUSING ELEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Waiving the second reading and adopting the proposed ordinance; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
