ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (ESRI) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Waiving the bidding requirements pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Code §\n3.20.050(2);\n(2) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), for Enterprise\nGIS software, maintenance and support in an amount of $170,580; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
