Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $677,250 (General Fund:\nApproximately $225,750 Annually).\nRecommendation of the Fire Chief that City Council:\n1) Award a purchase order to Bound Tree Medical, LLC of Dublin, OH (82023-27) in\nthe amount of $440,211 to furnish paramedic medical and pharmaceutical supplies\non an as-requested basis for a three-year period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending\nJune 30, 2026 with the option to extend the term for a two-year period; and\n2) Award a purchase order to Life-Assist, Inc. of Rancho Cordova, CA (82023-27) in\nthe amount of $237,039 to furnish paramedic medical and pharmaceutical supplies\non an as-requested basis for a three-year period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending\nJune 30, 2026 with the option to extend the term for a two-year period.
