8K. General Services - Appropriate Funds and Approve Contract Services\nAgreement for City Hall Front Door Replacement as Cooperative Purchase with\nSourcewell. Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $202,253.79 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the General Services Director that City Council:\n1) Appropriate $30,019.86 to Facility, Equipment, and Automation Plan (FEAP) 1153 -\nLand Management Signing Project; and\n2) Approve a contract services agreement with MDJ Management, LLC of El Segundo,\nCA for an amount not-to-exceed $192,621.79 and authorize a 5% contingency in the\namount of $9,632 to replace the front doors at City Hall from September 12, 2023 to\nJanuary 11, 2024 as a Cooperative Purchase with Sourcewell; and\n3) Adopt a finding that the project is categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301\n- Existing Facilities (Class 1) and that there are no features that distinguish this project\nfrom others in the exempt class, and therefore, there are no unusual circumstances.
