13. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ANGI ENERGY SYSTEMS, LLC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF\nTWO CNG STATION COMPRESSORS (FUNDING SOURCE: MOTOR FLEET AND\nSANITATION FUNDS)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with ANGI Energy\nSystems, LLC. in the amount of $63,000 to purchase two new CNG station\ncompressors; and\nB. Appropriate $45,468 from the Motor Fleet Fund balance and $45,468 from\nthe Sanitation Fund balance to finance the compressor purchase and\ninstallation.
