19. 23-1035 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute an agreement, and all necessary documents\nincluding any amendments, with the State of California Department of\nAlcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), to accept and expend grant funding for\novertime, investigative services, and training used to identify and eliminate\nthe crime and public nuisance incidents associated with ABC-licensed\nestablishments, in the amount of $100,000 for the period of July 1, 2023 to\nJune 30, 2024; and\nIncrease appropriations in the General Grants Fund Group in the Police\nDepartment by $100,000, offset by grant revenue.
